When using Risingwarriors by registering or subscribing, using the http://risingwarriors.in/, its subdomain, or the Risingwarriors app, users must adhere to specific Terms and Conditions. The terms and conditions offered by TINYWATCH ENTERTAINMENT PRIVATE LIMITED are binding on users.
In addition, Risingwarriors does not claim to be associated with any official or unofficial sports team or athlete and does not claim to be so. In addition, the document refers to "Risingwarriors" as a single entity, and the "Risingwarriors.in" website and app, which can be downloaded from the Android and iOS app stores, are implied in each section of the T&C.
Using our website and mobile application, you also accept and agree to be bound by the "Rules, Scoring, and Pay-out" of each contest.

Our affiliated companies, directors, officers, and agents expressly disclaim any liability for any loss or damage a recipient suffers due to relying on the information on our websites, mobile applications, or publications.
Implementation of Risingwarriors
The Terms and Conditions and any other relevant rules and regulations established by the Risingwarriors authorities must be adhered to by all users of Risingwarriors.in or the Risingwarriors app, including those who participate in the numerous contests and games hosted on the Risingwarriors platform.
The Risingwarriors company reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions, rules, and terms at any time by posting them on Risingwarriors.in. Users of the services provided by Risingwarriors must accept and consent to any periodic modifications to the Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations, and terms that Risingwarriors has already drafted. If, in Risingwarriors sole discretion, the user objects to or refuses to accept changes to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, and terms of use, the user may not use the services provided by Risingwarriors.
Eligibility
We allow anyone over 18 to use our services, but they are entirely responsible for any legal consequences if they do.
Users ought to be aware that we only provide our services in India. In the Indian Provinces of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and , we don't give our sports-related administrations.
Users are prohibited from using websites or apps while temporarily located in or visiting countries where they operate illegally.
Registration of Members
Only registered users with member accounts can access our websites and mobile applications. To apply for an account, complete all required fields and follow the website's instructions. Each Member can open one account. There will be a loss of all funds in any additional accounts. Any duplicate accounts may be deleted by Risingwarriors.
After we provide you with an account, you can use our websites, mobile applications, and contests and participate in them with us. Without justification, we reserve the right to deny any application for an account made by any individual. You continually state and guarantee that everyone who accesses your account has the appropriate authorization. You can participate in promotions on our websites, mobile apps, or anywhere else once you get an Account.
If money has been charged to your bank account or credit card through the Risingwarriors platform, you must notify us by emailing support@risingwarriors.in from your registered email address. The mobile number, transaction value, transaction date, and transaction ID should be included in the email. Suppose it is determined that money was taken from your card or bank account without delivery of the balance in your Risingwarriors account. In that case, your money will be refunded within 5-7 working days of the date that Risingwarriors receives your email. Your Risingwarriors account still needs to receive the corresponding amount within 24 hours of the transaction's completion.
Your Risingwarriors account will be credited for any refunds. Any cash mistakenly addressed in the user's Risingwarriors wallet but not erroneously deducted from the user's ledger or other store strategies will not be dependent upon reimbursement by Risingwarriors. If a user does not notify Risingwarriors via email that they have additional funds in their account, we are not obligated to pay that amount. The cash bonus balance cannot be withdrawn at any time.
Privacy Principles
The privacy policy of Risingwarriors, which users can review at privacy policy, governs all types of user information collected by the Risingwarriors during registration, including personal and payment information.
Miscellaneous
The User/Participant's use of the Risingwarriors site and software is governed by the laws of the State in which the User resides and accesses the site, as well as those enacted by the Republic of India. The states Assam, Sikkim, Nagaland, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Arunachal Pardesh are prohibited from creating User Accounts on the Risingwarriors website.
Any participant found to be a resident of any of the states mentioned above will be disqualified from participating in the Contest(s) paid versions and will lose any prizes they have won. Any person found to be under the age of eighteen (18) and participating in the paid versions of the Contests may be disqualified and required to forfeit their winnings at the Risingwarriors's sole and absolute discretion. In addition, Risingwarriors reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend a Participant's account with Risingwarriors.in. Risingwarriors is not accountable for any damage or loss that may result from the transportation of rewards.
Transactions & Payments
All transactions on the Website/app shall be in Indian Rupees.
Deposit for Contests
Once you register on our Website/app, we maintain a user account for you to keep a record of all your transactions with us. Payments connected with participation in Contests have to be made through your Risingwarriors user account. All cash won by you is credited by us into this user account. When making a payment, please ensure that the instrument used to make the payment is your own and is used to Add Cash into your user account only.
Subject to the Add Cash limits specified by us from time to time, you are free to deposit as much money as you want in your user account for the purpose of participating in Contests on the Website/app. Risingwarriors wants you to play responsibly on the Website/app. The ability to Add Cash in your user account shall be subject to monthly Add Cash limits which we can set us with undertakings, indemnity, waiver and verification conditions as we deem appropriate in our sole discretion.
We have the right to cancel a transaction at any point of time solely according to our discretion in which case if the payment is successful, then the transaction will be reversed, and the money credited back to your payment instrument.
Player funds are held in trust by us in specified bank accounts. Risingwarriors keeps all player's funds unencumbered which will be remitted to you in due course subject to the terms and conditions applicable to withdrawal of funds. Funds held in your user account are held separately from our corporate funds. Even in the highly unlikely event of an insolvency proceeding, your claims on the deposits will be given preference over all other claims to the extent permissible by law.
In certain unprecedented circumstances and at its own discretion and after the deduction of applicable charges including cancellation and taxes, Risingwarriors may allow for a suitable refund of the amount to the specific user. Users must refer to the terms and conditions as they will be the point of reference for the transaction.
Withdrawals
- •You may withdraw your winnings by means of an electronic bank to bank transfer for the amount of winnings.
- •You agree that all withdrawals you make are governed by the following conditions:
Risingwarriors can ask you for Know Your Customer (KYC) documents to verify your address and identity at any stage. Withdrawals will be permitted only from accounts for which such KYC process is complete.
You can choose to withdraw money from your user account at any time, subject to win money withdrawal restrictions, by notifying us of your withdrawal request. Promotional winnings are subject to withdrawal restrictions and can only be withdrawn when you have made at least one cash deposit and thereafter played at least one Contests.
Once notified, post verification of the withdrawal request, we may disburse the specified amount by electronic. We also reserve the right to disburse the amount on the financial instrument used to Add Cash to your user account.
To be eligible to win, you must be a resident of India and accessing the Services of Risingwarriors on the Website/app from the States in India where the relevant game is not prohibited/restricted. If you are a winner resident in India and physically present in India while accessing the services of Risingwarriors but not an Indian citizen, we will remit your winnings in Indian Rupees to the bank account given by you, provided the bank account is within India.
User Behavior
If a user violates any of the Terms & Conditions, rules, regulations, or terms of use that Risingwarriors has established for its users, Risingwarriors has the right to take the necessary action, which may include, but is not limited to
- • Terminating, suspending, or limiting the user's access to Risingwarriors in its entirety or any part of it.
- • deleting or deactivating the user's account.
- • Not sharing any winnings with these users.
A single user can only manage or register one user account (for both the website and the app) with Risingwarriors. The user agrees to the terms and conditions and agrees to provide Risingwarriors with truthful, complete, and accurate information when registering and in other circumstances. Users given passwords by Risingwarriors should not reveal them to anyone else because they are highly private. The user alone is responsible for the privacy and security of the payment accounts linked to the Risingwarriors account.
Users make sure to log out of their accounts after each session. If the user doesn't follow these T&C rules, regulations, and terms of use, Risingwarriors isn't responsible for any losses or damages.
Users are prohibited from modifying or causing the modification of any files associated with Risingwarriors following its terms and conditions. On the Risingwarriors platform, users agree not to engage in illegal activity.
Waiver
Any right or provision in these Terms and Conditions that Risingwarriors does not use or enforce is not considered a waiver of that right or provision. It does not constitute a further or continuing waiver of that right or provision, any other term, or of Risingwarriors failure to use or enforce that right or provision.
Relationship
You and Risingwarriors are not accomplices or specialists because of any of the Agreements provisos, and you cannot commit Risingwarriors in any capacity. If you register as a business on the Risingwarriors website, you warrant that you are authorized to bind the business entity to this Agreement.
Termination And Conditions Changes
Any changes to these terms and conditions may be made at any time, with or without notice. You should check these Agreements routinely for any changes, as any alterations will be posted on the Risingwarriors webpage. If you continue to use the Risingwarriors website after any changes have been posted, you agree to be bound by the most recent version of these Terms and Conditions. If any changes to these terms and conditions make you unhappy, you must stop using the services provided by Risingwarriors.
We reserve the right to deny you access to the Risingwarriors website in whole or part if you violate any of these terms and conditions. In addition, we retain the right to modify Risingwarriors immediately without informing you beforehand.
