A user cannot receive a refund once an amount has been added to his or her account on Risingwarriors. Notwithstanding, the sum can be utilized to participate in associations, fun highlights, and challenges led by Risingwarriors.
Users of the Game Features and services offered by Risingwarriors cannot cancel a deal once it has been concluded because they have already confirmed it. However, Risingwarriors may, at its sole and absolute discretion, allow any user to cancel a transaction and receive a refund of the amount paid for the transaction in the following situations.
If money has been charged to your bank account or credit card through the Risingwarriors platform, you must notify us by emailing email@example.com from your registered email address. The mobile number, transaction value, transaction date, and transaction ID should be included in the email. Suppose it is determined that money was taken from your card or bank account without delivery of the balance in your Risingwarriors account. In that case, your money will be refunded within 5-7 working days of the date that Risingwarriors receives your email. Your Risingwarriors account still needs to receive the corresponding amount within 24 hours of the transaction's completion.
After deducting any applicable cancellation fees and taxes, Risingwarriors retains the right to exercise its sole and absolute discretion when deciding whether to refund the transaction amount to the user in the scenario described above. The reimbursement will be made to the wallet source used when the money was taken from Risingwarriors and only applies to the amount used to join any league. Additionally, the additional terms and conditions that significantly govern the transaction should be noted by users while they are performing the transaction. Some of the additional terms and conditions clauses are incompatible with the current rules set forth by Risingwarriors. In that case, the terms outlined in the transaction-specific additional terms and conditions will prevail.
All refund transactions use the same payment method or the financial instrument used for the deposit. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to be processed by the internal review team.
